MURAL WORK
Bringing a space to life using color, form, and scale is one of my favorite creative challenges. I am passionate about shaping the atmosphere of a space and transforming an environment into an immersive experience. Below are a few mural projects that reflect my creative exploration.

“A.R.” ATOMIC AGE MURAL
This project started with a request for a mural design inspired by atomic age aesthetics, particularly the atomic-style cat. After some iterating, I arrived at this clean, asymmetrical color block design with a cat and tv as the main objects. I then animated the scene and integrated the motion into the physical space through an Augmented Reality (“A.R.”) experience that can be viewed by anyone at the location through a QR code.

MID-CENTURY BASEMENT
I was commissioned by a family member to design a custom mural as a feature wall in their newly finished basement. They wanted a bold, mid-century feel. After a few revisions, we went forward with this bright, geometric pattern which was then used to inform the rest of the interior design decisions throughout the space.

MODERN GEOMETRIC CONDO
A client wanted to attract new tenants to their condo by creating a unique bedroom with a little pop of color. This request presented an exciting challenge for me, as I had to design something that would add the flair they wanted while also maintaining broad appeal. I chose a palette with restful colors that would be conducive to a peaceful bedroom. The minimal, geometric designs are made to feel clean and timeless.
